into pooh’s world…………

so tired after a day of work.. bt den after readin some other friend’s blog.. trigger me 2 make an entry b4 i go zzzz…

wel…. e past few days was like mad hse… wel… nt 2 surprisin.. esp wen CK is e consultant in-charge.. wel.. y is it like tis?? full hse… actuali.. nt onli our ICU full… e rest of ICU also quite occupied.. so cnt reali complain.. bt e worst it… wat r e surgeon tinin?? of coz nt all e surgeon tat im referin 2… juz tis particular irritatin surgeon.. i juz dislike him 2 e core… ytd he came 2 e ward early in e morn n he knew tat we r full.. bt den yet he did his elective case… i reali dn understd wat tis pple tinin.. or it is if dn do e case pt wil die?? i dn understd.. wel… so in e end coz all our pt r 2 sick 2 b moved… we overflow.. wel.. wat 2 do.. tats hw we work wen we r full.. e best is we all full.. nowhere 2 admit or discharge.. den u c hw.. im waitin for tat day 2 cm..

wel.. 2day i took dialysis pt again.. yes again.. sian leh.. juz like Cindy say.. take MRSA pt for a few days.. wel.. wat 2 do.. i also took MRSA for 3 4 days.. den dialysis for 3 days.. sian.. smmore e dialysis is nt e smooth 1…. prob w e set.. e machine.. e pt… everytin… sian leh.. nt onli..bt also tirin…. hai.. at e end of e day.. wat we gt?? i also dn knw..

wel… of coz.. wkin in ICU n is busy is nt smtin special.. e most impt is if u gt a gd team of colleagues… i guess e hardwork is all worthwhile..

bt den if u were 2 wk w tis kin of super self fish colleague.. wel.. onli care abt herself… dn i tin it reali ruin ur day..

she is my neighbour 2day.. we r all busy.. so i dn expect her help.. coz she also seldom lend a helpin hand… den wen her trauma case arrived frm A&E… YX, me n sm other went 2 receive e patient.. coz e pt was nt stable there were so mani tins 2 b done.. pple all helpin her.. even sis As were at bedside helpin.. bt den i cn onli see her sitin outside in front of PC settlin e paperwork… so is paperwork more impt den seein her pt?? wel.. dn knw.. since so mani pple helpin her.. so i attended my own pt n settle my tin….  after ‘fightin’ w my pt- cn u imagine had 2 insert a urine cath for a v v v v v v v obese lady… it reali a tough job…. i hate insertin urine cath… coz i had no confident.. scared tat i wil gt e wrong hole.. hehe.. so paiseh.. den facin tis auntie i reali paused n tin.. hw 2 insert?? i reali feel like cryin… wel.. bt reali thankful tat i finali fin e correct hole..  n wen i see urine comin out.. im so hapi… hehe.. crazy..

finali waited til e afternoon gals 2 cm out.. so hapi.. bt den coz e trauma case stil nt settle.. no1 cn go for break.. cn imagine its 1plus liao….. we r so hungry n mayb oreoli hypo liao… pt is reali nt stable.. doin POP.. den pt collapse.. den resus.. after tat insert chest tube… e situation is tense… esp wen CK ard.. she wan tins STAT…. so we r runin ard for tis pt.. bt e tin is… where is e SN incharge of e pt??? disappeared… 2 where?? GO FOR BREAK….. wat e Hell…. she gt e cheek…. grab a junior 2 take over her sick pt… leavin others who also is also AS tired n hungry AS her… n she went for her break… upon knwin tis… we 3 persn who was helpin her was boilin mad… wel.. start complainin… of coz although we knw complain also doesnt help… bt at least its a gd way 2 ventilate.. wel.. so we decided we shall all nt help her…

who knw wen we finish break n cm out… both e pt died… alamak… so pple cn take e whole pm 2 settle PAPERWORK liao loh… i wonder… since like 2 do paperwork so much den y b a nurse?? go n b a clerk isnt tat better??

wel.. of coz im nt tryin 2 say bad abt any1 here.. since i dare 2 write it down.. im nt afraid 2 let pple knw.. wel.. im juz tis kin of persn.. nt hapi?? let me alone bah…

i tin im fallin sick.. god.. havnt finish my mon preparation.. its time 2 ZZzz liao.. 2mrw is a long day…
