a tired bt fruitful 12 hr shift……

i did long day 2day… yes… again… wel.. its seems like im doin quite a number of long days… wel.. which i hate it… i reali do.. coz is reali tirin…. bt den no choice.. i cnt complain coz i was e 1 who change… so no complains…..
2day i took back e same pt i had ytd… ammmm.. considerin among e few pt we had.. he is e most ill….
ytd they had 2 come in wen i was abt 2 go for break n insert PA… oh my god.. PA loh.. nt juz done in 10 min 1…. so there goes my break… den after insertion.. had meetin w sis… so in e end.. i had my lunch at ard 3pm… i wanted 2 faint liao.. bt den lucky my lover also havnt eaten… hehe.. so went nus 2 fill our stomach den off 2 class… wel… its so tiring… lucky ytd was e last lec n he juz go thru those questions w us.. if he were 2 go into any lec i would sure hav given up…
wel… den 2day i was late for wk… nt reali late… juz couldnt gt e bus. u knw hw diff 2 go 2 wk on sat morn..so wen i took over e pt… hai.. as usual its messy……. bt den its ok.. coz onli 1 pt… den e ward is so settle.. smmore sat so relaz… i went in 2 e pt room.. stared for a while.. thinkin where 2 start…. wel.. finali decidin n done.. its almost 1 hr.. wah bt den im reali hapi.. span n clean…hehehe.. nt totally neat n tidy bt den im reali hapi.. wel.. den since my pt is e most ill.. so e round started frm my pt…. aiyo… so mani orders n changes… n den… cnt escape.. hai 2 start dialysis.. hai sian…. bt den nvm.. i was quite ok… also bcoz ms was helpin me ard…
wel.. so after insertion of line n my break den started dialysis… aiyo 2pm onli.. so meanin stil hav a few hr 2 go.sian.. finali cn sit dwn n tally my tins n settle e paperwk… bt cnt sit 2 long.. coz dialysis hav 2 change bag hourly… hai..like pra was askin.. y nwadays they like 2 start on CVVHDF n smmore 2L per bag.. aiyo… i had 2 change bag hourly leh.. sian.. wel…nvm coz gt ms 2 help me..
den 2ward e shift end started on Adrenaline.. aiyo. so mani tins… wel.. it was so long i late hav so ill pt…
PA 2 CCO monitoin.. Dialysis… 3 imed pumps n 4-5 syringe pumps… so mani tins 2 give n dilute..
wel… at e end of e shift i was reali tired…bt den i feel fruitful…. coz had done a lots of things…..bt 0f coz dn wan it 2 often hehe……
wel… 2mrw stil gt 1 long day.. should i gt ph??? bt den i hav 2 return my shift sm day later leh….. bt den im tired n i hav 2 more am cmin up….. so??? i tin i wil leave it all 2 fate. haha.. if no admission 2nite n i cn gt.. den i wil juz go ahead bah.. if nt.. den 2 bad…. wel.. wish me luck….
nite…. so 2mrw i wil hav 2 wk hard or shop hard???wel.. juz leave all 2…
