busy night.. bt i survived……

juz finished my 2 night… wel.. both night im ic.. 1st night.. nt 2 bad coz onli 6pt… bt den juz 5 staff.. n onli 1 trained.. bt its ok… coz pt stable.. combi is gd… staff n drs gd… expected a case 2 fly in frm indo.. bt den waited for e whole night… didnt see pt… so we wonder.. where is e pt?? we were so bad 2 joke around.. haha.. anyway pt didnt turn up.. we had a great night….
den last night.. mon… change over of consultant… oh god.. dear CK… hehe.. every1 see her name wil b scared… wel.. coz we wil expect 2 b busy…. wel wel.. she reali live up 2 her name… i left e ward w 6 pt… den wen i came back i took over w 8 pt… wel… they actuali admitted 3… wel wel.. poor pm gals had no time 2 go for break…
wel… non stop since i took over…. after takin over for last then a hr… gt admission.. amm bt is micu overflow… so admitted a v v stable pt for hourly HC monitorin n insulin infusion.. sian.. bt den at least nt a bad case so dn complain… den sm1 call in for mC in e mornin… alamak… staffin seems 2 b a bit tight…. bt upon lookin at e roster i had nt mani choice tat i could call back…anyway i had nt b able 2 call back…..
den shortly after.. WT called up sayin tat KT wan 2 borrow primsa machine 2 glenE… alamak since is KT sure they wil lend.. bt den i had nv experience lendin tin 2 other hosp.. so troublesm.. all thx 2 them give me so much tin 2 do… bt den luckily.. i managed it.. wel.. at least i learned smtin.. nex time wen i encountered it again i wil knw hw 2 handle…
finali cn go for a short break.. den mini came in 2 staff rm shoutin for me.. sian… muz b gt admission lah.. yes.. another micu overflow.. wat septic lah blar blar… sound so serious.. sian.. bt den upon receivin.. pt is on NRM.. nt intubated.. juz for monitorin n inotropes.. another 1 cm in 2 slp.. aiyo.. sian loh.. finali after settlin… its ard 2 liao… den suddenly Thani pop into e ward.. upon seein her. i knw muz nt b anytin gd.. ya she had a ‘present’ for me… adm frm OT.. neuro case.. wel.. lucky is neuro case. coz pt would b cmin out sedated overnight.. wel.. adm 3 pt… tat means..we r FULL….yeah full hse liao mean we cnt adm liao.. gd loh..ya i juz wish… after my break… sm1 called me again.. i hate it.. e whole night pple keep callin me.. can stop?? sian.. wel.. anyway its WT sayin tat there is a case in AnE cmin up.. sian.. meanin we had 2 urgently transfer pt out… n e best is… we transfer e 1st med case tat we adm…. luckily e hd staffs were nice enough 2 faster accept e pt… wel.. by everytin settled.. its 7 liao.. so nice 2 see e am gals… e moment i saw mona.. i grab her askin for help.. coz i reali do nt knw hw 2 set e am assignment… anyway all staffs hav 2 stretch.. wel.. sori no choice… tats nt my wish…
anyway i had survived my night… wel.. at least tis 2 days i had 2 b a bit diligent n gt ready for my mon exam. aiyo time is reali short bt i juz dn feel like studyin… coz i felt sm of e tins i had oreoli understand.. bt den juz hav 2 go thru n b more organised makin sure i had covered all e tins..
wel wel.. i was starin at my notes n tv at e same time.. so i gave up.. decided 2 gave myself a bit more tin 2 relaz n b more serious 2mrw… hehe… no excuses. anyway i wil jia you…
