tis week i had packed 2 pt liao.. amm 2 b specific.. Isa (my preceptee) n me……
wed we had packed e indo young pt in bed 9…
wel…2day we took a pretty ill pt… knew tat pt is ill…… w lots of medication on board… bt den i nv expect him 2 die durin our shift… amm tis pt more action pack…. coz we reali jump n CPR him… hai.. started my dialysis for onli 1 hr den i hav 2 terminated.. wat 2 do…
it was reali a mess…… so eventuali after talkin 2 relative.. we decided e best option for e pt would b.. 2 leave e pt n let him go naturally…
amm he was subtaining wel.. den at ard 6 plus e monitor alarm went off.. so wen i see its asystole liao.. (heart rate zero.. meanin pt die liao) so after gtin e rhythm strip n gtin e dr 2 confirm time of death.. i realised.. its 1832hrs…..
