was wkin pm ytd… e ward was quite settled.. bt den reali encountered prob w 1 particular gp of family… reali.. dn wan 2 mention in detail.. bt den was reali a problematic 1.. i nearly stroked out while talkin 2 them… reali e onli word 2 describe is ungrateful..
here we r doin e best for e patient.. bt den there on e other side is so ungrateful.. juz treat all of us like dirt… pls.. we dn owe u anytin.. e onli tin tat we might b oblige 2 do.. is u r e ‘customers’ so customers r always right mah.. so i dn wan 2 argue.. step back is e best.. bt den they reali wan 2 climb on 2 my head.. i was so damn angry.. reali hot.. bt den tried my best 2 keep my cool… reali nd 2 b trained.. nt any special bt den trained 2 b v thick skinned… let pple scold also muz smilez… be an idiot n let pple scold also muz SMILE….. huh so ironically… we r health care professional.. suspose 2 provide care n treatment.. n nt 2 PR w relatives.. hai … of coz there is a lot of elements involved.. juz wan 2 ventilated.. keke..
a few more days 2 wk den im off 2 AL liao.. so hapi… ALs r meant for relaz n hav fun.. nt gg anywhere in particular coz.. no1 is free 2 go.. so wait a few more weeks bah..
